SCROOGE - Paintings

Paintings done for Scrooge : A Christmas Carol (Netflix), directed by Stephen Donnelly and art directed by Francois Moret for Timeless Films, developped by Axis Animation Studios.

These are props present in Scrooge's appartment, if you have a -very- good eye you can spot them in the background or behind Scrooge towards the end.
The task was quite ideal : just paint in a 19th century manner but in tune with graphic style of the movie. The first few ones are from existing character designs (I don't know who did them so if you are the chara designer of these let me know and I'll credit you) the other ones are inspired by 19th century british paintings, I am too lazy to quote each painter but there is definitely a Sargent and a Chardin somewhere (couldn't resist!)
